Our service allows you to post, images in available formats like PNG, JPEG, and SVG. By uploading content to IconsTube, you warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you submit.
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• The content does not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

IconsTube offers various subscription plans that provide access to our digital assets. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• Subscriptions cannot be renewed automatically at the end of the current period. You can again subscribe it from your dashboard.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part of it without notice at any time.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• If a digital asset is found to be fundamentally defective (file corruption, etc.)
• If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• If you never received access to your purchased assets

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@iconstube.com with your order details.

For subscription-based services, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

When using IconsTube, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or computer systems
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or data harvesting activities
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for users who violate these restrictions.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall IconsTube, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
